Coppelius
The self-styled chamber-corer COPPELIUS are on concert tour, before they will take a break from the shows. On 6th October, they will be playing at the Knust in Hamburg. Clarinets, drums, cello, double bass, and even an own butler! This are the outstanding characteristics of the five musicians, which got together in 1997 in Berlin. Since then, they brought the good tone to men and women.
In their beginnings as opening act for example for SUBWAY TO SALLY, COPPELIUS gained more and more notoriety and always knew, how to convince. Always a clean stage (thanks to Butler Bastille!) and preppy clothing, but lively music. COPPELIUS excite their fans without e-guitar or e-bass but fast and rousing songs and very creative, sometimes funny lyrics, even with some horror elements. Now, the chamber-corer are on farewell tour and will stop in Hamburg, too. Who wants to listen to the good tone, seeing Bastille scurry around the stage, cleaning and holding up signs like "Applause!", this one please take part at the concert. Because: COPPELIUS helps!
