SÓLSTAFIR is Icelandic and means “spreading sunrays”. The four-man band has an exciting musical journey behind, from Black & Viking Metal to epic Post Rock. On their new album ‘Berdreyminn’, you can hear this development very well. This summer, you can experience them live at only three concerts in Germany.
The quartet from Reykjavík creates a sound that combines the wide of the Post Rock fused with harmonious Classic Rock. Severe melodies match with Scandinavian cold. “Atmospheric Icelandic Rock and Roll”, so the very good description the band gives its music.
