Five years Infacted Recordings, reason enough to throw a party. Infacted Recordings, the label based in the Rhine/Main area, celebrates its 5th anniversary on 12th Sep 2008 at the Batschkapp in Frankfurt/Main. Invited are seven bands out of the label roster, which will make the earth quake on this evening, starting with the Italians of XP8, whose current album ‘The Art of revenge’ has been produced by Krischan Wesenberg (Rotersand) and conquered the alternative charts in the Netherlands and Germany in a storm.
For the first time in Europe is STATE OF THE UNION, who are internationally successful with their catchy, club-friendly Future Pop for some time now; the TBM formation REAPER already possesses some DAC Top 5 hits (i.e. Position 1 for ‘The Devil is Female’) and besides COMBICHRIST, is one of the hippest club acts worldwide. Also SOMAN, the so called grandfathers of the TBM movement will bring the hall to a boil with an explosive mixture of Electro and Techno.Calmer, more melodious tones will flood the venue with FROZEN PLASMA, who are currently present in the clubs with their hits ‘Warmongers’, ‘Hypocrite’, ‘Irony’ or ‘Lift the Veil’. Hard and loud it gets with the electro attack from the Netherlands, namely GRENDEL, who could break all previous band records with their ‘Harsh Generation’ album, before the evening finds its worthy end with a mixture of electro and medieval sounds. The label will come up with some specials and surprises, as well as an after-show party, so don’t miss it!
