
Giménez co-founded A.N.I.M.A.L., who exploded out of the Buenos Aires scene in the 1990s with their unique blend of Groove and Thrash Metal. They achieved massive success, playing sold-out shows across Argentina and touring throughout Latin America, North America, and Europe. Over the years, they have shared stages with PANTERA, BAD RELIGION, MEGADETH, SEPULTURA, and SLIPKNOT and performed at the iconic Warped Tour in 2000 alongside GREEN DAY, NO DOUBT, NOFX, and PAPA ROACH. The band has released eight studio albums, including ‘Poder Latino’ (1998) - produced by Max Cavalera - which featured collaborations with Robert Trujillo (Metallica), Christian Olde Wolbers (Fear Factory), and Jimmy DeGrasso (Megadeth / Suicidal Tendencies / Ozzy Osbourne).

P.O.D. will join US hard rock titans GODSMACK as special guests on their “Godsmack World Tour 2025” from March to April. The tour kicks off on March 22 with a sold-out show at the Sofia Arena in Bulgaria and will visit several European countries, including: Romania (Bucharest), Hungary (Budapest), Poland (Gliwice), Austria (Vienna), Croatia (Zagreb), Czech Republic (Prague), Germany (Munich, Berlin, Offenbach, Hamburg, Oberhausen), UK (London), and Belgium (Brussels). The tour concludes with two major German shows, including Hamburg and Oberhausen’s Turbinenhalle on April 12.

In May 2024, P.O.D. released their 11th studio album, ‘Veritas’, via Mascot Records. The album achieved Top 10 positions on the U.S. Billboard Current Hard Rock, Current Rock, and Current Alternative Album charts and has already surpassed 48 million streams. The band has released multiple singles from the album, including: ‘Drop’ (featuring Lamb of God vocalist Randy Blythe), ‘Afraid To Die’ (featuring Jinjer vocalist Tatiana Shmayluk). ‘I Got That’. ‘I Won’t Bow Down’.
P.O.D. shows no signs of slowing down! Following the release of ‘Veritas’, the band embarked on a UK tour with SKINDRED, performed electrifying festival sets at Graspop, Summerside, and Rock for People across Europe, and supported MUDVAYNE on their U.S. “I Got That” Headline Tour with BAD WOLVES and NORMA JEAN. Their 2024 journey also included appearances at major festivals like Louder Than Life, Aftershock, Sonic Temple, and Welcome to Rockville, and a performance on the Shiprocked Cruise. In October, P.O.D. toured Latin America, headlining Knotfest Brazil and performing shows across Chile, Colombia, and Mexico.
