Unzucht & Sündenrausch
“Wow, there are definitely way more people here than last time” - yes, you’re right, Mr. Schulz. Since their first gig in the Kulttempel in October 2015, the popularity of German Dark Rock band UNZUCHT increased immensely. So there was a long queue in front of the venue in Oberhausen opening its doors at 8 pm on this sunny Friday. Consequently the support act could not complain about the amount of people who witnessed their gig.

Newly turned Pop Rock band THEORY OF A DEADMAN from Canada added three German club shows on their current tour promoting their latest release ‘Wake up Call’. With this record, the band decided to break with their past as a Hard Rock band and composed the majority of songs using the piano.

Imagine Dragons - “Evolve World Tour” - Support: K.Flay
On April 18, 2018, the Las Vegas-based Rock band IMAGINE DRAGONS, featuring front man Dan Reynolds, played in the König-Pilsener Arena, Oberhausen, in front of about 12,000 enthusiastic fans and delivered a top performance to their current album ‘Evolve’.

Of Mice & Men - “Defy Tour” 2018 - Special Guests: Sylar, Wage War
Five months after their support gig for FIVE FINGER DEATH PUNCH and IN FLAMES, Orange County’s Metalcore icons OF MICE & MEN were scheduled to play their own headline show in Germany’s west in the Cologne Essigfabrik. With all the turmoil surrounding the departure of former singer Austin Carlile in 2016, the band regained their footing, bass player Aaron Pauley took over the vocals, and the band released their album ‘Defy’ early this year, which they promote with this European tour.

In The Nursery & Spherical Disrupted
IN THE NURSERY live is a pretty rare thing these days. After only three gigs in 2017, the Sheffield based band around twin brothers Klive and Nigel Humberstone perform a short series of shows this spring before they will come back for a couple of festival shows this summer. We checked their gig at one of today's best live clubs in Germany, the Kulttempel in the city of Oberhausen.
