Hammerfall - “World Dominion” Tour 2020 - Special Guests: Battle Beast & Serious Black
Last Wednesday, HAMMERFALL were guests in Leipzig at the Werk 2 on their “World Dominion” tour. Of course not alone. A total of three bands were on stage that evening. The international band SERIOUS BLACK started as the first and fired up the fans right at the beginning to start with head-banging in the first row. They already released four albums and you should check them out on YouTube.

Liam Gallagher & Twisted Wheel
After a disastrous gig in Hamburg where Gallagher aborted the show, it was now Cologne's turn and well, he did it much better and left excited fans. William John Paul “Liam” Gallagher continued with the rest of OASIS after his brother Noel left under the name BEADY EYE, until they disbanded in 2014. Although Liam originally vowed on Twitter to never pursue a solo career back in 2016, one year later he did exactly that by announcing several festival gigs and the upcoming release of the album ‘As you were’. It was released in October 2017 and has been met with widespread critical acclaim. In 2019 he released ‘Why Me? Why Not.’ much to the joy of his fans.

Alcest - “Spiritual Instinct” European Tour 2020 - Support: Birds in Row, Kaelan Mikla
In February and March 2020, French sound wizards ALCEST hit the roads again, this time in support of their new studio album ‘Spiritual Instinct’ that was released on October 25th 2019. This extensive headline tour brings them to 16 different European countries and the Blackgaze pioneers are bringing the French Hardcore Punk act BIRDS IN ROW as well as the Icelandic Synth Pop trio KÆLAN MIKLA as support for all 29 dates. The second German show (and one of the first of the whole tour) took place on 10th February in Cologne.

Five Finger Death Punch - European Tour 2020 - Special Guests: Megadeth, Bad Wolves
How can I describe the last night at the Festhalle Frankfurt? “Bad-Mega-Death-Punch” fits quite well! It was an outstanding show of three great bands. FIVE FINGER DEATH PUNCH are one of the most successful Metal bands of the last decade and probably they play a bigger role in the future. At the beginning of 2020 they will launch their biggest European tour ever and they are not alone on stage! In Germany they will get some support of the trash pioneers MEGADETH and the new rock sensation BAD WOLVES.

Stereophonics - “Kind 2020” Tour - Support: Nadia Sheikh
For more than 25 years, STEREOPHONICS from Wales represent a very certain Rock feeling. Six out of their ten studio albums reached the top position of the British charts, they received 23 platinum awards and up to now, they sold more than 8.5 million copies of their records. In 2020, STEREOPHONICS are back on European stages with new material of their eleventh long player ‘Kind’. This is also the name of the European tour leading to Germany as well where we attended the Cologne show like around 1,000 fans from all over the world, judging by the languages I could hear around me…
