New album Final Conversation Of Kings out on 29 June 2009The young German label Superball Music has announced the signing of the Australian band The Butterfly Effect. The quartet’s fourth album, Final Conversation Of Kings, is scheduled for release on June 29, 2009.
The album consists of ten diverse compositions and proves that the band are more than willing to take risks if necessary. Final Conversation Of Kings opens with their most ambitious effort yet, the majestic seven-minute masterpiece ‘World’s On Fire’. "That’s the longest song we’ve ever written," drummer Ben Hall explains. "We’re pretty proud of it – the trumpet and the vibraphone in the middle made it a journey."

Last year Psyche performed in Mexico City for the first time ever. This event was recorded and mixed professionally by Noise Live direct from the soundboard. Darrin had 2 local musicians for his band. Kervin Martinez Dockendorf of Stacy 16 on keyboards, and José Luis of Gift Of Vision on guitar. This truly unique performance includes "Sanctuary" with some lyrics in Spanish, a very different guitar version of "Eternal" that is raw and emotional like never before. For the first time the 21st Century Version of "Goodbye Horses" appears along with a spirited and rocking performance of "The Hiding Place" and the extended version of "The Beyond".- Details
