We feel good now when the darkness comes earlier in the evenings. We even feel so good that we decided to give away our last EP "Don't Wanna Know Me" for free! Not bad, uh? The long anticipated new studio album from THE CURE, whose name isn’t set yet, admittedly will be released one month later as planned (13th Oct.2008), but the long waiting time for the fans will be shortened after all. Already on 13th September 2008, the 4-track Remix EP ‘Hypnogogic States’ gets released after the four singles.On this EP, the crème de la crème of the hippest alternative acts gathers, who all name THE CURE one of their favourite bands, featuring remixes of ‘The Only One’ by Jared Leto (30 Seconds To Mars) ‘Freakshow’ by Jade Puget (AFI) ‘Sleep When I’m Dead’ by Gerard Way (My Chemical Romance) and ‘The Perfect Boy’ by Pete Wentz & Patrick Stump (Fall Out Boy).
