Legendary German metal heroes BLIND GUARDIAN have confirmed "A Twist in the Myth" as the title of their much-anticipated new album. The amazing cover artwork by Anthony Clarkson (also EXODUS, KATAKLYSM, RAGE amm.) can be viewed at the Nuclear Blas site. The band will also be shooting a video later this month for the track 'Another Stranger Me'. The clip will be the first with drummer Frederik Ehmke, who replaced Thomen Stauch in 2005.The final track listing reads as follows:

Last weekend saw the successfull finish of the shooting of our first video ,Damaged Promises'. A breath-taking, moody, as well as kind of tricky and sophisticated location - which used to be a factory for industrial transformer-machines - took lots of spontainous and flexibal acting. So, our basic ideas of shooting had to be changed due to inventive and unforeseen variations. Director/director of photography Dominik (Hereticarts) and Michael (2D-Media - well known from his works on End Of Green ,Dead End Hero' clip) were in command, both creative and executive, and kept the band as well as the crew sweating (thanx everybody!!!).
