On 30th October Depeche Mode return to the fore with the stunning single 'Martyr' - their first new material since the international Number 1 album 'Playing The Angel'. Taken from the eagerly awaited Best Of collection, it's a powerful, hypnotic track written by Martin Gore and deftly confirms the band's iconic status. Produced by Ben Hillier, of Doves and Blur fame, the new single is unrelenting, absolute Depeche Mode and sits immaculately amongst their luminous history. Surging with incandescent synths, a razor-sharp hook and Dave Gahan's emotive claims of being "a martyr for love", it is both irresistible and irrepressible.

The road calls again for Kaizers Orchestra! To conclude the Maestro Tour of 2006 the band set out for "The Grand Finale Tour" consisting of 21 shows in eight countries this November/December. Check it out! On 22nd November the band will stop in Bochum / Germany. KAIZERS ORCHESTRA are six hot blooded you Norwegians who want to conquer the continent with their explosive mix of Rock, Punk and East-European music. Nothing you should miss! IN MITRA MEDUSA INRI finished the recordings for the new album which is set to be released in April 2007. There will be a surprise: for the first time since the band was founded in 1994, the album includes five German songs. It still is a long time until the release. But fist there wull be two live appearances in December 2006: on 8th December in Kassel and furthermore on 9th December when the band will support the new project of Oswald Henke (GOETHES ERBEN) Fetisch:Mensch. This will be the premiere concert of Fetisch:Mensch. Here are the details:

DIMMU BORGIR axeman Silenoz has just checked in on http://www.dimmu-borgir.com/ with a studio report. "Finally we arrived in Studio Fredman. It's now located outside Gothenburg in a godforsaken place in the middle of fucking nowhere, which couldn't be more perfect. Things started not as planned,as usual, as we found out already before departure that we were a car short because of calculating the amount of equipment totally wrong.
