The Hooters - “40th Anniversary Tour - Take Two, Summer 2022”
When THE HOOTERS first emerged on the Philadelphia music scene in 1980, they were taking over the East Coast at breakneck speed. Their unique mix of Ska, Reggae and Rock’n’Roll is what makes their fresh and powerful sound so successful. In 1983 they released their first independent album ‘Amore’ including one of their biggest hits, ‘All You Zombies’. As early as 1986 THE HOOTERS had four hit singles under their belt and toured almost continuously. Little known a year ago, the band now shares the stage with the likes of U2, THE POLICE, BRYAN ADAMS, LOU REED and PETER GABRIEL.

Sinner’s Day as an indoor festival hast quite some year of tradition already, in various locations though. Last year, the summer edition was taking place for the first time, just one day before the W-Fest, in August 2021. This year, there is a full summer edition of Sinner’s Day, taking place for full three days at the Maria-Hendrika Park in Oostende, Belgium. The line-up offers old heroes and newcomers, Wave legends and hard-hitting electronic music. Something for anyone.

After the Folk Metal giants MANNTRA delivered two fat discs last year with the album ‘Monster Mind Consuming’ and the ‘Nightcall EP’, they will release their brand-new album ‘Kreatura’ on 5th August 2022. In the summer of 2022 MANNTRA will still be on tour as support for MONO INC. Since the band was only able to play a few concerts in the past two years, mastermind Marko M. Sekul and his men are now even more excited to play their first headlining tour with a total of 8 shows all over Germany from mid-November to early December 2022.- Details

Whoever hears ‘Alpha Games’ embarks on a journey. From the sharp, visceral boldness of album opener ‘Day Drinker’ to the sleazy glam rock feel of ‘The Girls Are Fighting’ to the bittersweet, melancholic album closeout ‘The Peace Offering’ - The feeling of being invited to a place of shady characters, unfortunate moments, dark and spooky feelings and actions is predominant. There are wicked moments on the album, tender moments, but mostly it's as Louise describes it: an “angry” album - or at least cold and incisive.- Details
