TRAITRS, one of the most up-and-coming and bustling Post Punk meets Cold Wave bands in recent years, have signed a record deal with the Freakwave label that was launched at the beginning of the year, under the rigors of Eric Burton and Thomas Thyssen, and agreed on a publishing deal with Schubert Music Publishing (SMP).

Sean-Patrick Nolan and Shawn Tucker have developed a large international fan base on the old-school path over the past four years: producing good music, playing live wherever possible, and then giving their best on every damned evening and - to put it bluntly - convince. Songs like ‘Thin Flesh’, ‘Witch Trials’, ‘Youth Cults’ and ‘The Lovely Wounded’ have been an integral part of the set lists of cool goth DJs around the world when you could still go to clubs and dance.

Faun - Acoustic BeNeLux 2021 - Intimate Shows by den Atelier

Attention: Due to the Corona pandemic, the cincert is postponed to May 2021. Tickets remain valid!

Due to the health crisis, a lot of amazing tours and concerts are postponed to next year or are even cancelled. But some artists are making their way back to the little Grand-Duchy. Den Atelier announced a series of concerts planned to take place during the last quarter of 2020. The series named “Intimate shows"” already kicked off in Opderschmelz on 4 October with SERDAR SOMUNCU, followed by HANIA RANI on 8 October at Den Atelier itself. Four more concerts are planned for November, starting on 21 November when CHASSOL play at Opderschmelz. On 22 November, FAUN will play Den Atelier, followed by STEPHAN EICHER on 25 November at the Philharmonie and KLEIN + GLASS MUSEUM on 29 November at Den Atelier. The final concert in the series will take place on 12 December, when HOOVERPHONIC will make an appearance at Den Atelier.

MAXÏMO PARK are in the starting blocks with a new album! ‘Nature Always Wins’ will be released on February 26, 2021 via Prolifica. After separating from keyboardist Lukas Wooller, Smith, Lloyd and English started looking for a new, fourth member last summer. In the best case, someone who could also take on the role of producer. In the end, the band found what they were looking for in the Atlanta-based Grammy winner Ben Allen (ANIMAL COLLECTIVE, DEERHUNTER), who was supposed to support the trio in the studio since spring. Lockdown restrictions did not make it easy for the band in the following years, which culminated in complicated online recording sessions across the Atlantic.
