Rock Meets Classic celebrates its 10th anniversary in 2019 and also fans in North Rhine-Westphalia can celebrate this great anniversary as well! RMC organiser Manfred Hertlein announced: “We will be at the RuhrCongress Bochum on March 17, 2019! We really wanted to go back to North Rhine-Westphalia because many RMC fans have been waiting for us for a long time. Now the time has come, because we have finally found exactly the right partner with Continental Concerts. Rock Meets Classic is looking forward to Bochum!”

Over the course of her more than 30 years of music career, the Industrial Machinery has produced immense volumes of sound. Founded in 1981, MINISTRY was to be the lifelong passion of front man and founder Al Jourgensen. The band quickly developed their mission statements, for which it is still notorious today: Jourgensen’s wild dreads, the pitch-black clothing, vampire glasses and the exquisite cylinder have long been iconic for MINISTRY. But like any creature cursed with the gift of creativity, “Uncle Al” has changed his appearance several times over the decades.

Founded in 1986 by Tom Lücke, Hauke Harms and Volker Zacharias, GIRLS UNDER GLASS quickly became stars of the national Gothic & Wave scene as a special guest of bands like RED LORRY YELLOW LORRY, NEON JUDGMENT and FIELDS OF THE NEPHILIM. The roots of the “GIRLS” are in the classic Wave sound of the 80s, whereby the band created an independent and predominantly electronic sound.

• Long Distance Calling

German instrumental rock powerhouse Long Distance Calling released their sixth studio album 'Boundless' earlier this year, and followed it with European headline dates. Now they are pleased to announce the second part of the Boundless tour, set to take place in November/ December 2018. Following the release of two albums that saw the band exploring the addition of vocals to their sound, the band have gone back to basics and created a purely instrumental record with 'Boundless'.
