After a four year wait, EELS have announced their highly-anticipated new album ‘The Deconstruction’, out April 6th on E Works/[PIAS]. In celebration, the band have unveiled the title track alongside UK headline shows in July, which includes London’s O2 Brixton Academy. The album is set to be released digitally, on CD, 2 x 10” LP, and on Limited Edition Deluxe 2 x 12” Box Set.

The Berlin-based duo LEA PORCELAIN has been building up the suspense for a long time, which they were able to fully redeem in the summer with the release of their debut ‘Hymns to the Night’. Internationally there were enthusiastic reviews and the band toured throughout Europe including highlights such as an ALT-J support tour or a release concert at the legendary London Rough Trade Store. But since Markus Nikolaus and Julien Bracht do not want to rest on their laurels, they continued their studio work almost seamlessly between the live shows.- Details

Fire bearers and Breakbeat-Visionaries: The rave legends of THE PRODIGY will revisit M'era Luna after their fantastic debut in 2009. For the festival from 11 to 12 August, other scene heroes will also be coming to Hildesheim, with which the organizer will complete the line-up for the 19th edition of the festival in Hildesheim. Besides THE PRODIGY, following bands are also newly confirmed: PETER HEPPNER, LONDON AFTER MIDNIGHT, MERCIFUL NUNS, HEIMATÆRDE, TORUL, FABRIKC, MASSIVE EGO, CEPHALGY, SCHATTENMANN, WHISPERING SONS and TOO DEAD TO DIE. The line-up of the festival is thus complete, further information on the supporting program will be announced by the organizer in the near future.- Details

Once again, Cologne residents have the chance to marvel at Grammy nominees HIGHLY SUSPECT, the alternative rock band from Brooklyn, NYC in the very intimate surrounding of the Kantine in Cologne. Much like last year’s gig in the Luxor, this one is going to sell out fast, so get your tickets in time to have a chance to see this band in a small venue. HIGHLY SUSPECT have released their debut studio album ‘Mister Asylum’ back in 2015, which featured their smash hit single ‘Lydia’, a song that was loved by Alternative rock radio stations.
