Guano Apes
The German Rockers of the GUANO APES made hit after hit in the nineties with songs like ‘Lords of the Boards’ and ‘Open your Eyes’. Their dynamic sound was a great success with lovers of grunge, alternative rock and NuMetal. GUANO APES’ energetic live shows, led by the charismatic Sandra Nasić provided them with a strong live reputation. The band took a break but is back in the saddle since 2009. With this tour they celebrate 20 years since their debut album ‘Proud like a God’ – Nostalgia on!

Dynamo Metalfest with Gojira, Testament, Devin Townsend Project, Exodus, Prong, Entombed, Toxik, Vuur
Since it’s rebirth, Dynamo Metalfest has been growing and improving its line-up every year. This semi open air festival provides different flavours of metal: some new, some old, some trash, death and Hardcore metal will serve the Dutch audience with a taste for dark loud music. This year’s line-up includes amongst others some technical death metal from France with GOJIRA, old school trash with TESTAMENT, EXODUS and TOXIK and some progressive extreme metal from THE DEVIN TOWNSEND PROJECT. From our own country, ANNEKE VAN GIERSBERGEN will take the stage with her new band VUUR with members from Hail of Bullets, ex-Revamp, Ayreon and Stream of Passion. Early bird tickets for 2017 have already sold out.

Death Angel, Razend, Disquiet
DEATH ANGEL from the famous Bay Area in the US is still a welcome guest at many European venues and festivals. They never made it the way METALLICA did, but then again some trash metal bands are at their best in dark sweaty stages. Their discography is impressive with classics such as ‘The Ultra Violence’ and their latest masterpiece ‘The Evil Divide’ from last year. Suicide Silence
It will be sweaty, loud and extremely energetic; deathcore band SUICIDE SILENCE will play the intimate basement stage of Dynamo to promote their new self-titled album. The album displays a slightly new direction that moves more towards deathcore and NuMetal. This summer, SUICIDE SILENCE will tour with MUDVAYNE and STATIC X. Paradise
PARADISE combines the musical forces of several musicians we know from other projects and bands. This new band is formed by Sivert Høyem (Madrugada), Simone Butler (Primal Scream), Rob Ellis (PJ Harvey) and Rob McVey (Marianne Faithfull band). To get a grasp of their style of music, check their Facebook page stating: Paradise is a darkly enigmatic proposition whose live performance strips back the social mores of the internet age, relying instead on simplicity and presence, and injecting the kind of release that can only be found in physical, explosive yet lyrical live music that has elements of alchemy in its delivery.
