1st June 2010
KISS, Wolfmother
With over 85 Mio sold records, KISS have written one of the most exciting chapters in Rock history. Their explosive performances in Sci-Fi costumes, with distinct make-up and on the already legendary plateau boots have become a trademark of KISS, nominated for the Rock'n'Roll Hall of Fame. After 35 years, since the start of the legendary "Stadium Rock" in New York, the new songs taken off the 'Sonic Boom' record are proof of the ever ingenious creativity of that band. It is a sonic, stylistic cross-section through the admittedly long career of one of the most shimmering groups in the rock business.
In May and June 2010, the heroes of entire generations, who have created world hits such as ‘Shout It Out Loud’, ‘Detroit Rock City’ und ‘Rock'n'Roll All Night’, come back to Germany. On 1st June, Gene Simmons, Paul Stanley, Eric Singer and Tommy Thaye are coming to Oberhausen and will lay down a Rock show no one who's attended it will soon forget, including wailing guitars, furious light show and impressing pyro effects. Miss it and you'll regret it if people tell you how amazing it's been.
