Massive Attack
MASSIVE ATTACK is a British Trip Hop band from Bristol. It was founded in 1987 by Robert "3D" Del Naja, Grantley “Daddy G” Marshall and Andrew "Mushroom" Vowles. They are known as one of the style-building bands of the Trip Hop genre and influences therefore also bands such as MORCHEEBA and PORTISHEAD. Besides their musical activities, MASSIVE ATTACK is also engaged politically very much and collects, for example, money for refugee's camps in the Middle East.
Exactly 10 years after the band published their first single ‘Daydreaming’, their latest album ‘Heligoland’, reaching position 4 in the German album charts, appeared in this spring. Now on the 30th of September, they shall be seen with their new and old songs in the Zenith in Munich - we can be glad about this show…
