Massive Attack
Well, they’ve kept their fans waiting and hoping for a long, long time really. After the release of 2003’s ‘100th Window’ it should take 7 years for the collaborative effort MASSIVE ATTACK to return finally with their fifth regular studio album. It’s been a time of trembling as well. Some even assumed they would probably never surface again into the spotlights. But with ‘Heligoland’, MASSIVE ATTACK proved their doubters wrong and delivered an album that was equally celebrated by fans and critics alike and has been certified Gold in the United Kingdom.
Again they’ve worked with numerous guest vocalists, each of which giving the tracks they’re appearing on an own feeling, while the eclectic programming and organic feel keeps amazing sound fetishists when listening to it via headphones. Now, the iconic project will bring that album and supposedly more tracks from their career to the live circuit and on 29th September will surely cater for a crowded venue in Düsseldorf.
