JOACHIM WITT is back, stronger and more consistent than ever. In the 71st year of life and in line with the 40th anniversary of his first hit album ‘Silberblick’ with the NDW hit ‘Der Goldene Reiter’, he climbs down to the mortals again as Rübezahl and announces his messages with distinctive and melodic, unmistakable vocal power.
After his last album ‘Rübezahl’, which was released in 2018 and is considered the darkest album in his discography to date, and the orchestral classic masterpiece ‘Refugium’ from 2019, the exceptional artist is now presenting his successor release: ‘Rübezahl’s Rückkehr’. It’s that album, from which Joachim Witt says that he finally found his true self and his musical home. The album will be released on April 3, 2020 via Ventil / The Orchard / Sony.
