Sick Puppies - “European Fury Tour” 2018 - Special guest: Psycho Village
Australia’s hottest Alternative Metal band SICK PUPPIES are back from the (almost) dead to play a singular German gig this summer in the wonderful Cologne ARTheater. SICK PUPPIES formed back in 1997 and rose to sudden YouTube-fame in 2006 (yeah, these things existed already back then) with their song ‘All the same’. After releasing three immensely successful albums after having moved to Los Angeles, they lost their singer and guitarist Shimon Moore, who decided to leave the band to pursue different interests. The two remaining band members decided to continue without him and auditioned for a new singer. In 2016 they revealed that they had found a new vocalist with Bryan Scott, and they released a new album named Fury in spring 2016.

Liam Gallagher - “As you were” European Tour 2018 - Special guest: The Sherlocks
LIAM GALLAGHER, the ex-Oasis singer, who identifies as William John Paul GALLAGHER at airports, certainly has earned his reputation for all sorts of eccentric behaviour over the decades. You most definitely do not get a lifelong ban for flying with Cathay Pacific for nicking peanuts.

Kaleo
The name KALEO translates to “the sound” or “the voice” in Hawaiian. The group makes music that contains elements of American Southern Rock, Blues, Country and Folk - but they’re from Iceland. And on this evening, it was the first time in Luxembourg for the young men.

Alice in Chains & Mother’s Cake
The iconic co-founders of Grunge Rock, ALICE IN CHAINS, played a gig in the relatively small Live-Music-Hall in Cologne, and for ticket scalpers Christmas came early this year, as many people desperately tried to get a ticket to the sold-out show ahead of the concert in front of the venue. However, this manifests that there is a pretty solid demand to see the band even after all these years, and after they tragically lost their iconic singer Layne Staley in 2002 in a drug overdose. Not many bands survive the death of their singer, but ALICE IN CHAINS seem to have found their mojo again.

Nine Inch Nails & Vatikan Shadow
NINE INCH NAILS’ only gig this summer in Germany was something special, without doubt. The historical and atmospheric citadel in Berlin Spandau, which fits officially up to 10,000 people, was sold-out months before the show on 2nd July 2018.
