iamx unmask epAfter previously being available exclusively in physical formats at live shows, IAMX have now made both the ‘UNMASK EP’ and ‘IAMIXED: Reworks Fault Lines Albums 1 and 2’ accessible worldwide via digital and streaming platforms. Originally sold only at the band’s 2025 European and North American tours respectively, both releases offer an expansive reimagining of material from ‘Fault Lines 1’ and ‘Fault Lines 2’, featuring remixes by collaborators, new tracks and fresh reinterpretations by Chris Corner himself.

Chris Corner’s journey to IAMX has been theatrical, transformative and deeply personal. From his early days growing up in a small town to his breakthrough with Sneaker Pimps and ultimately founding IAMX, Corner has consistently challenged genre conventions through raw, unconventional artistry while redefining ideas around identity and gender. IAMX merges electronic experimentation with punk energy and intimate lyricism, resulting in a body of work that is both iconic and fearlessly vulnerable across music, visuals and performance.

Over the past two decades, Corner has released eleven IAMX studio albums, alongside live releases, reworks and remixes. His work explores themes such as identity, sexuality, mental health and existential longing, while maintaining a uniquely close and authentic connection with fans. Now based in Southern California, Corner has opened his home as a creative sanctuary for artists and followers alike, while continuing to foster direct engagement through platforms such as Patreon with personal audio messages, behind-the-scenes content and live chats.

True to the “X” in IAMX - symbolising the unknown - Corner’s artistic identity remains in constant evolution.

The ‘UNMASK EP’ represents a curated collection of B-sides, album tracks and remixes from the ‘Fault Lines’ era. Previously only available physically during the 2025 ‘Fault Lines 2 European Tour’, the EP now gives fans worldwide access to long-awaited new material alongside IAMX reinterpretations of fan favourites. Together with ‘IAMIXED’, it forms a cohesive reflection and closing chapter of the ‘Fault Lines’ series.

Meanwhile, ‘IAMIXED: Reworks Fault Lines Albums 1 and 2’ offers a bold reinterpretation of key tracks through the lens of IAMX collaborators and fans, complemented by two new IAMX mixes. Contributors include Mimetic Hexes, Holy Braille, Damn The Witch Siren, Nigen, Carellee and Clubdrugs. Highlights include a new orchestral version of ‘War of Words’ and a slowed, loop-based rework of ‘In Bondage’, both showcasing IAMX’s continued sonic experimentation.
