With cult band WHITE LIES, the music programme for M’era Luna Festival 2026 is now complete. To mark this occasion, organiser FKP Scorpio is announcing the day splits and making a limited allocation of day tickets available for purchase. On 8th and 9th August, M’era Luna will feature shows from WITHIN TEMPTATION, SALTATIO MORTIS, OMD, IN EXTREMO, LACRIMOSA, WHITE LIES and many more acts, alongside an extensive supporting programme at Hildesheim Airfield.Dark enough for the Post-Punk canon, catchy enough for the big stages: for almost two decades, WHITE LIES have operated within a dynamic that few bands navigate with such confidence. Formed in West London in 2007, Harry McVeigh, Charles Cave and Jack Lawrence-Brown sounded from the outset as if TALKING HEADS and TEARS FOR FEARS had written stadium anthems together.
Their debut, ‘To Lose My Life’, went straight to number one in the UK album charts in 2009 and sold over 750,000 copies worldwide. Since then, a total of seven studio albums have been released, most recently ‘Night Light’ in November 2025. With it, they prove that dark pathos and musical exuberance are not mutually exclusive.
The day splits are now available to view on the festival website, and a limited allocation of day tickets is available. Two winning acts from the M’era Luna band contest, the DJs and the cultural supporting programme will be announced at a later date.
