Lenny Kravitz & Curtis Harding
It was a black music evening at the Lanxess Arena with CURTIS HARDING evoking the spirit of Soul which set up the right mood for the main act. It was an evening of Rock’n’Roll hosted by the glamorous and talented LENNY KRAVITZ and his fantastic band. It was an evening full of love, driven the sentimental consciousness of this outstanding American musician who, at the height of his fame in the 1990s, had already preached the same sermons as on last Monday “because love makes us overcome everything”.

Massive Attack - “European Summer Tour” - Special guests: Azekel and Young Fathers
Right in time for their 30-year anniversary, UK trip hop giants MASSIVE ATTACK went on a large European tour, featuring only two gigs in Germany. One of them thankfully led them to the Palladium in Cologne, where they played a show which was sold-out months ago. The weather was warm, and the mood was cheerful, as the crowd streamed into the venue in anticipation of a remarkable evening.

Billy Talent
In 2007, the Canadian band was the first time in Luxembourg for the Rock-A-Field Festival. BILLY TALENT have always given their best at every concert played at “the 'Bourg”. After their performance at the Rockhal in 2016, it seems that BILLY TALENT was so pleased by our little Grand-Duchy that they came back to the capital of Luxembourg. The show, initially scheduled on June 28th 2018, has been pulled forward to June 27th due to a scheduling conflict. And because the demand was so high, the band decided to perform for two days in Luxembourg. What a great idea!

Limp Bizkit & Blvck Ceiling
They are still popular, especially in Germany. It’s obvious that LIMP BIZKIT fans don’t care that the band around lead singer/ rapper Fred Durst hasn’t released anything new since 2011. Lots of shows on their 2018’ German tour are sold out. In Dortmund, three years after their last gig at Westfalenhalle, there were approx. 9,000 people. Before the “Heroes of Nu Metal” entered the stage we weren’t that much entertained by a spooky support act.
