Chameleons Vox, Neon Kross, The House of Usher
A little post-punk legend was on schedule this Friday evening with CHAMELEONS VOX, the updated version of THE CHAMELEONS. So there was lots of 80s feeling in the air this Friday and the support bands would support and strengthen those feelings fairly.

Wave Gotik Treffen Day 1: Special Opening event at Agra with Das Ich, Sweet William, Henke presenting Goethes Erben, Age of Heaven, The Eternal Afflict & Love like Blood; Warm-up Party with Elektro-All-Stars
Twenty years ago, two Gothic people from Leipzig had an unusual idea: They didn’t want to create yet another dark music festival but rather a supra-regional gathering of like-minded fellows for relaxed meeting, chatting and celebrating. When in 1992 the 1st Wave-Gotik-Treffen took place in 1992 at the edge of Leipzig with about 2,000 visitors and just a handful of bands, it is unlikely that anyone imagined that within a few years the WGT would become the largest meeting of Gothic people in the world, taking possession of a whole city every year at Whitsun. Now the WGT celebrated its 20th annual occurrence with a lot of special concerts and a great opening night already on Thursday evening.

Mr. Big, Andy Brings
MR. BIG were back already last year with a new album called 'What if' with the original members and now they are presenting the album live around the world. The expectations were high after the Live CD and DVD 'Back to Bukodan' (2009). MR. BIG in best form and you can't enough of them. The Matrix wasn't sold out, but for sure not far away from this point. It was loud and hot and the guys just rocked the house and should know that they are still really welcome. German rocker ANDY BRINGS was responsible to warm up the audience.

Rob Zombie, Duff McKagan’s Loaded
Now in 2011 the time has come for ROB ZOMBIE to return to the limelight and one could surely expect a cinematic performance of that seasoned artist extraordinaire who was coming to play at Turbinenhalle in Oberhausen within the scopes of the second European leg of “Hellbilly Deluxe 2” world tour. Two support acts were announced, WAYNE STATIC sadly had cancelled his whole tour. Now, we’d see if ZOMBIE's show really would serve what it was promising and a couple more people were just as curious as we were…

Moby, DJ Rafik
MOBY in Cologne and support of his new album. That was a show nobody wanted to miss. In fact, so many people wanted to see the show it had to be relocated to a bigger venue. Turns out that were still too small.
