Super Heroines
Every era has its heroes. The term Death Rock will be connected to Eva O and their Superheroes as well, besides names LIKE INAH CANCER UND 45 GRAVE, THE PLAGUE, SCREAMS FOR TINA and ROZZ WILLIAMS and CHRISTIAN DEATH. With their first two albums, the band created two of the probably most important and wanted manifestations of gloomiest, energetic rock music in the early 80s. Shaped by the harsh, wailing guitar sound, the trademark of Ms Ortiz, the songs are sounding raw and unpolished. Until today, the anxiety, the emotional disunity can be felt in the music, which is still deeply entrenched in the Punk. Today’s concert of the trio from California leads you back to this early phase of which the album “Cry For Help” was the centre: A lesson in music history.

We don’t tell you anything new if we say that the new DIE HAPPY album “VI” is in stores since 18th April as both a Standard Version and a Special Edition as you all regularly bought the album as “VI” entered the charts at position 13 in its first week. You should all be familiar with the “Die Happy moves something” action, still approaching the world record for the longest music video. The newest version of the clip will be available in the next few days and who knows; maybe you will see some familiar faces. We’ll keep you posted.- Details

Last Friday, the new APOCALYPTICA video to ‘I don’t Care’ exclusively premiered on MySpace. You can now watch the video here. With this song, APOCALYPTICA are supported of Adam Gontier, the singer of the successful and platinum rewarded alternative band THREE DAYS GRACE. The result is a feat for both your ears and eyes.
