DIMMU BORGIR's latest album, "In Sorte Diaboli", has been certified gold in the band's home country of Norway for sales in excess of 10,000 copes. DIMMU BORGIR is said to be the first metal band in Norway to shift more than 10,000 units of a single release. Swiss Folk Metallers ELUVEITIE have signed a deal with Nuclear Blast. Check out the following statement from the band: "Great news we have for you these days! San Francisco Bay Area Thrash metallers TESTAMENT have set "The Formation of Damnation" as the title of their new album, tentatively due in early 2008. The band is currently recording the drum tracks with producer Andy Sneap (MACHINE HEAD, EXODUS) at Fantasy Studios in Berkeley, California. The drums are overtaken by drumlegend Pual Bostaph (ex-SLAYER, EXODUS), as former drummer Nick Barker (ex-DIMMU BORGIR, CRADLE OF FILTH) had to step down from the job due to visa problems.
