Samael - “Passage 2022” Tour - Support: Diabolical
SAMAEL will be celebrating the 25th+1 anniversary of ‘Passage’ in 2022, an album that after quarter of a century still stands as a landmark release - a highly influential album building a gap between Metal, Electronic and Industrial; ‘Passage’ is a milestone in the band’s career and the best-selling release in the history of SAMAEL and Century Media. Riding on the strength of their latest ‘Tainted’ album, released in late 2021 via Orden Records, iconic post-punk outfit and darkwave pioneers PINK TURNS BLUE will embark on their “Tainted 2022” tour, which kicks off on September 2 in Seattle. To mark this occasion, the band will also release the ‘Tainted Tour 2022’ EP with four songs reflecting their emotional state in today’s world.

The Darkwave band A PROJECTION from Stockholm is known for their powerful and energetic live shows and their sound has been described as “a danceable mixture of dark wave and electronica, with both depth and edge”. Having released three full-length albums, the band has so far stayed rather firmly rooted in the post-punk genre. With their latest singles ‘Darwin’s Eden’ and ‘No Control’, however, A PROJECTION is entering a more electronic realm, placing themselves in the intersection between the synth and post-punk music of the 80s and a more contemporary electronic sound.
