In December, Rou Reynolds, the singer of ENTER SHIKARI, spoke up and talked about the first concerts: “Before the pandemic, since we were 16 years old, there wasn’t two months in a row that we didn’t play live. Now when we went on tour it was surreal, dizzying and an electrifying relief. And we’ve played some of the best shows of our lives.” Since the school band was founded in 2003 in their hometown of St. Albans, they have performed around 3,000 times, which naturally led the quartet to the largest halls and arenas and to the most important festivals around the world with its growing popularity. The forced break was a huge cut for the British. Time to sort through the six full-length records and countless stand-alone singles, remixes and live shows that the band distributes via their website, while also, as a matter of the heart, signing a shirt sponsorship deal with local football club St Albans City FC.
