ARCHIVE develop an independent and complex artistic concept for each of their albums. This includes the artwork as well as the associated videos, the light show on stage as well as the films that accompany the creative process. Instead of having an opening band perform, a 40-minute opening film with a self-produced soundtrack is sometimes shown. But the London band collective around Darius Keeler and Danny Griffiths is not just about the pure art, the records and the visuals convey the content on different levels and expand the music in the best sense.

At the end of the 80s, THE JEREMY DAYS were one of the few bands from Germany to make it onto MTV at a time when it was still reserved for the really big acts. With ‘Brand New Toy’ they had landed a kind of evergreen that is still popular on the radio today. Through the ten years and five albums, their mix of British Pop and American Art Rock brought them together with producer legends such as Clive Langer, Alan Winstanley (for MADNESS, ELVIS COSTELLO, among others) and Fred Maher (for LOU REED, LLOYD COLE, among others) and to the major clubs in the country. By the end of 1995 they had sold over half a million records.

After what feels like ages without live shows, LORD OF THE LOST will make up for it all in 2022. In addition to shows with the legendary IRON MAIDEN, the ensemble shows for ‘Swan Songs III’, as well as multiple festival shows, the Hamburg based band just announced an extensive European headline tour for the fall of 2022. They will be accompanied by labelmates NACHTBLUT, as well as SCARLET DORN. Pre-Sale for the tour starts on March 16 at noon CET.

After the release of LORD OF THE LOST’s most successful album ‘JUDAS’ (#2 on the German album charts) in 2021, it is finally time to bring this piece of art to the stage.
