If there was a list of legendary twin festivals, ROCK AM RING and its twin ROCK IM PARK certainly deserve a place on it. Founded in 1985, the Nürburgring and its sister festival on the storied grounds in Nuremberg have seen all the big names in Rock and Pop music ever since. And the headliners are definitely worth celebrating, as they have been announced as GREEN DAY, MåNESKIN, and DIE ÄRZTE.

LIONHEART, the kings of Hardcore from the Bay Area in California, first stormed the scene in 2007 with their debut album ‘The Will To Survive’. Influenced by bands such as BLOOD FOR BLOOD, HATEBREED and MADBALL, LIONHEART kicked off with a brutal storm of murderous Hardcore. Shortly afterwards, in 2010, ‘Built On Struggle’ followed and in 2012 they followed up with ‘Undisputed’ and years of consistent touring.

As a little teaser for the great concert film ‘This Is What You Wanted’, which will be released on 15.12. as part of the PLACEBO Live Box Set, PLACEBO have released the live video for ‘Try Better Next Time’. In addition to ‘This Is What You Wanted’, the box set includes ‘Collapse Into Never’ and ‘Live From The White Room’, two more sensational live sets. Each was recorded over the past year and a half as the band toured the world in support of their new album ‘Never Let Me Go’.- Details

With MACKLEMORE and MARSIMOTO, two more big names have been confirmed as headliners of the Highfield Festival. The GUANO APES have become really relaxed. Instead of submitting to the mechanisms of the market, the band from Göttingen broke away from them. Don’t produce new records every year and a half, but rather go on stage when the monkey gets itchy again. But then the relaxation is over: Anyone who was there on the first post-pandemic tour, anyone who experienced one of the powerful concerts at the big festivals, knows this. From the first bars of the programmatic opener ‘You Can’t Stop Me’.
