Human League - “Generations” Tour
The pioneers of Synth-Pop THE HUMAN LEAGUE are returning to German stages after a long time. Martyn Ware and Ian Craig Marsh founded the band in the late 70s and later brought in singer Phil Oakley. Hits such as ‘Being Boiled’ were written at this time.
After Martyn Ware and Ian Craig Marsh left to form the band HEAVEN 17, Phil Oakley, the then band member Adam Wright and the two backing singers Susan Ann Sulley and Joanne Catherall continued the work of THE HUMAN LEAGUE. Their biggest hit ‘Don’t You Want Me’ followed in 1981, inspiring many bands and paving the way for New Wave and New Romantic music. After more than 40 years, THE HUMAN LEAGUE are still musically active and still tour across the globe. With their current “The Generations - Tour”, the British trio is coming to Germany for three dates. You’d better get your tickets quickly...
