Grunge, Punk Rock & Rock’n’Roll. Also in 2010, the right combination of these styles makes for a sound evolving well-tried, just like ‘Melancholic Freedom’, the upcoming album of Belgian band PANDORA does. Already now, the first video clip to ‘Breed my Dye’ is released. Singer/guitarist Annie, bassist Michéle and drummer Roman describe video and audio being made of “Colour, autumn, life and light, a light, soothing, autumnal melancholy, of differences, contrasts and perfections”. BOSSE, surely one of the most bustling artists in 2009! Currently he’s on the road for his “Taxi Tour Part 2” with a unique mood on every concert and lots of sold-out venues. Besides that, BOSSE has shot a video clip to one of the probably best, current live songs. Here’s a short statement: “My friend Kim Frank has shot a video for me to the song “Tanz mit mir” - A lovely dancing movie almost without budget, but with much joy of movement and very professional dancers and artists. With their newest release, FAUN embarks on a journey into the world of fairytales and mythical creatures. The Munich-based ensemble melodizes ballads, revolving around mythical figures and the magical side of medieval times with songs of trolls, mermen, the dragon slayer Sigurd, and of bewitching but at the same time dangerous fairies. ‘Buch der Balladen’ is much more than just an audio CD. Coming in a coined, 44-sided hardcover book, buyers will find lyrics of all songs as well as the notes to all songs including guitar tabs, numerous explanations and illustrations. For their newest release, FAUN has turned their focus towards the sole use of acoustic, medieval orchestration.
