"Eat Me, Drink Me", the newest album for Marilyn Manson, will be out on June 4th through Interscope / Nothing records. On this album Manson returns with 11 tracks influenced partially by "Alice's Adventures In Wonderland". "Eat Me, Drink Me" is Manson's fifth studio album and the follow up to the 2004 release "Lest We Forget - The Best Of". According to Manson the new album is his "darkest record to date".

Recoil to release download single only + complete catalogue in special iTunes packOut on June 27th via iTunes and related download portals is "Prey", the newest single from Recoil, the project by ex-Depeche Mode sound genius Alan Wilder. "Prey" was the song that also shortly appeared in a recent video message by Alan Wilder. The single will come as a multitrack single holding 4 versions, a single version (5:56), a radio edit (3:56), the Reduction version (6:11) and the album version (8:03). In related news, iTunes will also prepare a special Recoil pack (similar to the Depeche Mode iTunes pack) holding all Recoil releases. It will be the first time that all the Recoil material is available via iTunes. Note that the packet will not hold exclusives but it should come in the DRM free high download quality version.

Sweden rocks! After a four hours Rock marathon in the sold out Kesselhaus in Berlin, Germany, the decision was made in the early hours of May 20th: The audience declared CLAWFINGER the "JägerMeister 2007" by giving the loudest applause.For CLAWFINGER, the victory is a double comeback as they'll also release their new album soon - "Life Will Kill You" is scheduled to hit the stores on July 27th. Retrospect: In November 2006, twelve bands started the competition for the JägerMeister championship shield. During 20 concerts all over Germany, they fought sudorific battles for scores and goals. Four "teams" qualified for the final. Packed venues, thrilled fans and bands convinced by the idea about & around the Jägermeister Rock:Liga made the decision easy: There will be another Rock:Liga for the season 2007/08!
