Diary of Dreams: production progresses - new albumAdrian and Gaun:a have joined Rainer Assman at the White Room III studio for the finishing touches of the mix. The complete master is supposed to be completed in two weeks.
After that, the foto shootings will take place, planned as usual in the most minute detail; and work on the graphic design of the limited edition CD is also about to start. Since the band is surprisingly on schedule with the whole production, we were informed that the album will be released already at the end of October 2007. Adrian described the newest DoD output as a combination of the typical Diary qualities and a strong emphasis on extremes. “I really believe in the uncompromising power of the new tracks”, he said.

Hailing from Vancouver, BC (Canada) is Left Spine Down, a band bringing a mix of industrial, metal, punk and drum and bass. Interesting detail, the band features Jeremy Inkel and Jared Slingerland of industrial music legends Front Line Assembly and also Denyss McKnight the bass player of Vancouver Punk legends The Black Halos (who apparently reformed). The band has self released the "Smartbomb" EP this month. Produced by Front Line Assembly / Noise Unit's Chis Peterson and it is currently for sale on the bands Myspace page and also will be available on iTunes in the coming weeks. Assemblage 23 has completed a remix for the new electronic side-project of alternative rockers AFI. The project, made up of AFI members Davey Havok and Jade Puget is called Blaqk Audio and mixes elements of synthpop, electro, and EBM. Assemblage 23's remix of the track "Stiff Kittens" will appear on the single of the same name, which will precede the full length album "Cex Cells" on Interscope Records later this summer.Source: http://www.side-line.com/
