This December, "Coneheads" all over the world are rejoicing as mastermind Nikos Marinos releases his second record titled `The Sex is Fear´ under the banner of GOD IN A CONE. Since Nick has unleashed his debut album `Agrypnia´ this September - yeah, do the math - three things are absolutely certain: First, this talented musician bursts with creativity. As Nick told us in our interview, he recorded the debut in just a month and only two months later he offers his second opus. Second, Nick's genre-bending solo project stands for originality, soothing next to intense moods, and truly exceptional vocals. It's all about "experimental sounds without musical boundaries!" • Get Well Soon

Almost exactly seven years ago 'Vexations', the second album of GET WELL SOON, was released. It is the most opulent release of Konstantin Gropper to date and it already has been performed several times with a grand ensemble, a strings- and brass-section. So it kind of makes sense that the Nationaltheater Mannheim and Jan Dvorak, chief-dramaturg of the opera, chose this album to open their concert-series 'The Mannheim Concerts'. The idea: a full pop-album performed by a symphony-orchestra "only". After long and very thorough arrangement-work by Peter Häublein and Roman Vinuesa, a version of 'Vexations' for orchestra and voice.

• The Jesus And Mary Chain

THE JESUS AND MARY CHAIN will release their long awaited new studio album ‘Damage and Joy’ via ADA / Warner Music on 24th March 2017. It is their first release since ‘Munki’ from 1998. THE JESUS AND MARY CHAIN, leaded by the Reid brothers Jim and William, reformed in 2007 for the first time and played the Coachella Festival. They were touring regularly but still it needed some time until the musicians finally decided to record a seventh album.

• Diary of Dreams

Sadly, the announced DIARY OF DREAMS tour through Germany in spring has to be postponed. Due to unforeseen reasons, the finalisation of the new album is delayed and along with that, the German concert dates have to be shifted to autumn 2017. The band is very sorry. As a little consolation, an additional city, Dresden, is added. As support, SLAVE REPUBLIC remain confirmed.

• Eden Weint Im Grab

After a two-year production time the upcoming seventh studio album of Eden Weint Im Grab is being finetuned these days in Berlin based Winter Solitude studio. The title will be „Na(c)htodreise" and it is the first concept album of the German Dark Metal band. The 15 songs are like a journey through the hereafter and the underworld – just like the „Divina Commedia" by the Italian poet Dante Alighieri. Every song stands for a station on an imaginary afterworld map. According to the band the new album will be heavier than the previous records „Geysterstunde I" (2011) and „Geysterstunde II" (2014), but still with lots of musical surprises, a huge stylistic variety and a strong chamber music influence. „Na(c)htodreise" will be released via the German label Einheit Produktionen on March 31st 2017. Further details to be revealed soon!
