Front woman Amy Lee recently confirmed the band is in the studio working on their third album. Producer by Amy's side will be no one less than renowned Grammy winner Steve Lillywhite. "I can't explain how excited I am to make this record.", says Amy Lee "For over six months, these songs have become the centre of my life and I can't wait to finally hear them grow in the studio. I think our sound has evolved to something people will be surprised by...in a positive sense. I think development and growth are an incredible and boundless thing if you allow it. I don't want to make the same album again." So Amy Lee promises a new sound experience for the impatiently waiting EVANESCENCE fan base, which the band aims to put under their spell again, and surprise with their development.
