PLINI is an independent solo artist from Sydney, Australia. He composes, plays guitar, records, produces and manages his unique kind of instrumental Progressive Rock, all from his own bedroom studio. His critically acclaimed debut album ‘Handmade Cities’ was voted #5 in Guitar World Magazine’s “20 best guitar albums of the decade,” and described by the one and only Steve Vai as “one of the most beautiful, progressive, melodic, rhythmic and harmonically deep, evolution of Rock / Metal instrumental guitar records I’ve ever heard.” In short, Vai says, “PLINI is the future of guitar music.” In recent years, PLINI has toured with bands such as ANIMALS AS LEADERS, TESSERACT, INTERVALS and PERIPHERY.
Supporting the Australian solo artist are the local band MUTINY ON THE BOUNTY. Renowned for their electrifying live shows, MUTINY ON THE BOUNTY has never shied away from exploring new sonic textures while retaining their own distinctive identity. Now the quartet is ready to embark on the next chapter of what has been an epic journey. The band’s signature sound is a mix of heavy riffs, intricate melodies, lush soundscapes and complex rhythms that are both challenging and accessible.
