PaganFest 2010: Finntroll, Eluveitie, Dornenreich, Varg, Arkona
It’s cold and it's dark outside, it's getting slippery and we are running out of salt. But there are still some events that can warm the soul of all fans of pagan metal, events that make them leave their warm sofas. Five bands from five countries are going on the Pagan Fest through Europe and on this February evening they are performing in Berlin as one of the first cities on this tour.
Metal band Finntroll from Finland, looking at over 12 years of their history; pagan metal band Eluveitie from Switzerland, mixing Celtic folklore elements with black / death metal; Russian female-fronted Arkona, influenced by the Slavic pagan history and mythology; Dornenreich from Austria, playing avant-garde / black metal with German lyrics and German Viking metal band Varg - these are the bands, building top-notch line-up for this must-see event for all fans of pagan metal music.
