TRUCKFIGHTERS is a Stoner Rock band from Örebro, Sweden formed in the year 2001 by guitarist Niklas “Dango” Källgren and bassist/ singer Oskar “Ozo” Cedermalm. The sound the band plays is very fuzz laden and low tuned (the borders between stoner and doom are very thin in this band’s sound). The work of this band includes four full-fletched records a band documentary, two split EP`s one compilation and the 2001 Demo. Sometimes it has to be a bit fuzzy, mangy and dusty right? This is not the best band in the world (sorry Josh Homme) but maybe it is the best one you will find on YouTube searching for cool stoner rock. The music is billowing out of the speakers un-hurting but not staying in my ears.
Conclusion: The compellable must hear songs are missing (man maybe I am to mainstream for this music or too sober) so if you like stoner or are stoned at the moment you are reading this: listen to TRUCKFIGHTERS and form your own opinion.
