Maybe I should start a bit earlier when GMX and laut.de published an article end of June 2008 dealing with the fact that a self-constituted “Commission for defence against sects” announced to take part in future decisions which bands are allowed to perform in Poland or not. First prominent victims of this comissions were MARILYN MANSON and MOONSPELL. This ominous commission is compiling a list of bands proclaiming “dangerous messages”. MOONSPELL i.e. were called satanists and fascists. If you think this is some kind of joke I must tell you that you’re wrong. Some Polish policy-makers want to follow this list which is not open to the public. An anchor man of the interior ministry even announced that he considers this list a good instrument against sects.

Rock music - who doesn't think right away of "Sex, drugs and Rock ’n’ Roll"? But that every-day studio work is a completely different thing and rather means hard work like in a "9 to 5" job, most people forget for sure. For German newcomer BIG BOY the main part of this disciplined labour lies in the hands of two brothers, who actually form a perfect team. We visited them at the site of recording and got a comprehensive insight and interesting information concerning the production of the new album ‘Ponygirl’. It is taking place behind an unimposing house front, where you would never expect such a treasury…

January and February 2008
Cologne - Eindhoven - Amstelveen - Waregem - Bremen - Albertslund
After nearly three year, the long awaited album ‘Nekrolog 43’ was released on 26th October 2007. February 2008
Frankfurt - Leipzig - Dresden - Magdeburg - Essen
After my first German and my foreign shows have been already passed so far, now my last part of the tour had started which was leading me from Frankfurt over Leipzig, Dresden and Magdeburg to Essen where the German tour was ending. Not only that I could see several shows, I was also allowed to spend a day with the band to see how a usual day at tour can be.

27th October 2007
Diary of Dreams
What a night, what an event! Surely a night to remember! But let me start at the very beginning. When we had our interview with Adrian Hates in January he already announced that a new album will be released by the end of the year. As time went by, the possible release date became clearer and at the end it was set to release ‘Nekrolog 43’ at 26th October 2007. To celebrate the release, two parties were set up: at 26th Oct at the Dark Flower in Leipzig and at 27th Oct at the Nerodom in Munich. Both events were very far from where I live. Even though I’d loved to go there I decided against it… just travel that far for a party? Not possible. I thought!
