Three years after their release ‘Crash & Burn’, SINNER are back with their new album ‘One Bullet Left’! And there have been a lot of changes within these years: except Christof Leim, who is playing his third release by command of Mat Sinner, the mastermind replaced all other positions. Three new but well-known fellows went aboard to support the Swabian project: Alex Beyrodt (PRIMAL FEAR/VODOO CIRCLE), Alex Scholpp (TARJA) and Andre Hilgers (RAGE/PRIMAL FEAR). Yeah, you’re right! Three guitars from now on are pleasing SINNER´s audience - and it’s fuckin’ worth it!!!
Although SINNER is rather striking the path of hard rock according to the metal project PRIMAL FEAR, ‘One Bullet Left’ is “burning down the house”. Right from the beginning, SINNER is showing that Hard Rock and Metal aren’t just an “80´s thing” of old men with long hair and a certain kind of beer belly! In fact, with ‘The One You Left Behind’, ‘Back On Trail’ (an awesome obeisance to THIN LIZZY), ‘10 2 Death’, ‘Atomic Playboys’ and ‘Suicide Mission’, those guys deliver an impressive performance that even after almost 30 years of business SINNER are easily capable to rock your socks off.
Actually there’s the realization of enjoying their songs and enjoying to playing them in studio as well as on stage in every single song! Even the ballad ‘Rolling Away’ fits the mood of a solid release that outstrips some other releases of new bands and self-proclaimed leaders of the genre…
