Nocturnal Culture Night 6 Day 3: VNV Nation, Fixmer/McCarthy, DAF, Staubkind, Krypteria, Persephone, Blind Passenger, Schoengeist, Future Trail, Nova-Spes, Eyes Shut Tight
Very untypical for my entire NCN visits, there was also no rain in sight on the last day. Instead, it turned out to be a really hot summer day and a warm summer night, where VNV NATION as headliner were vividly celebrated.

Tito & Tarantula
On this hot Saturday it went to quite a special concert: TITO & TARANTULA. The band was founded in 1992 in Los Angeles by Tito Larriva coming from Mexico. The line-up of the 'Tarantula' changes quite often. TITO & TARANTULA was known by their appearance as musician and actor in the film ‘From Dusk Till Dawn’. Their song most successful up to now, ‘After Dark’, also comes from this film. In 2008, they published their latest album ‘Back Into The Darkness'. www.titoandtarantula.com

The second and longest day of the festival welcomed us again with bright sunshine and warm, in times too warm, summer weather. It started pretty relaxed and it would become much more relaxed during the day, but more about this later. First, [SOON] opened the small stage at 11:40.

Summerbreeze Festival Day 3: God Dethroned, Sodom, The Ocean, Obscura, Demonical, Farmer Boys, Criminal, Grand Magus, Deadlock, Benighted
The last day of this festival evoked to be the hottest, and consequently shadow and refreshments were the headliners of the day for most people. Yet, there was no lack of enthusiasm among the attendees of the last concerts.
