As we got to know today via the band's MySpace Blog, the had to cancel their participation in the INTO DARKNESS Tour with DEATHSTARS, DIARY OF DREAMS and DOPE STARS INC:We have some good news and some bad news. Let's start with the bad news.
We aren't going to be able to make it to the Into Darkness Tour this October. We feel terrible about it - we know some of you were looking forward to seeing us again, and we were looking forward to playing with Deathstars, Diary of Dreams, and Dope Stars Inc. We tried to make it work until the last possible minute, but a lot goes into planning a tour - especially when it involves going overseas - and this time it just wasn't possible. We know that Deathstars, Diary of Dreams and Dope Stars Inc are going to have a great time on tour and the shows are going to be awesome. We wish we could be there and we hope that any of you who can make it to that show.....GO!
Now for the good news: with the tour not happening, we are going to buckle up hard and throw ourselves headfirst into the new album this fall. We're all feeling a tremendous amount of creative energy, and we're going to enjoy working through the autumn. And another special announcement is that we're going to be working with Aslan on a brand new website. We haven't done anything like this since www.nothingandnowhere.com. It's going to be an amazing project and it's great to be working with Aslan again as well.
So there we go. A disappointment, but we're pushing through it and coming up with some great ideas for new music and for the new site. Keep your eyes open in the next little while for a few surprises as well!!!
