The Edge Of Dawn album "Enjoy The Fall" is definitively among the best newcomer releases of 2007 in the electro/EBM sector, but the band has yet to conquer the clubs. The wait is over: this September, Edge Of Dawn have their sights set squarely on the dancefloor with the "Borderline/Black Heart" EP, featuring remixes of the albums' best tracks, including a one from Olaf Wollschläger (Melotron, In Strict Confidence). In addition, the EP treats the band's widening fanbase to two brand new songs and mixes from the like of Stromkern, ex-KMFDM singer En Esch, and Fractured.

Thematically, the EP is closely tied to the album: "Black Heart" deals with an acute case of Borderline Personality Syndrome and the psychological destruction of a private relationship through intense jealousy mixed with alternating idealization and hatred of one's partner.

Musically, the EP finds Edge Of Dawn demonstrating a wide range of styles, from pounding club tracks ("Black Heart"), perfectly produced electropop ("Second Split"), the dark and moody "Descent" and the accessible "Kiss Or Kill". Quality and diversity are the band's calling cards, and this EP is sure to increase their standing and their fanbase. Date of release: September 28, 2007
