Snow Patrol - "Take Back the Cities Tour 2009"
SNOW PATROL is a British band from Glasgow and Belfast founded in 1997. The five members Gary Lightbody, Jonny Quinn, Nathan Connolly, Paul Wilson and Tom Simpson achieved their biggest success up to now with the album appeared in 2006 ‘Eyes Open’, sold worldwide 4.5 million times. With this album they created the breakthrough also in Germany. The best known single from it is ‘Chasing Cars’, which reached in Germany up to place 8 of the charts.

4th Hörnerfest FestivalStarting in 2006 with just six bands headlining at the first Hoernerfest Festival, the event has grown in both success and size in the last three years until, billed for this year’s festival from July 3rd- July 5th, there are no less than sixteen bands so far and counting.

Like every year, thousands of Gothic fans get together in Leipzig to listen to their favourite kinds of music. Of course, it's time for the annual Wave Gotik Treffen! The biggest Gothic festival of the world is coming up and it's surely gonna be as great as always. Like every year, many bands and artists will play all over Leipzig to show their great music. And of course, there will be other events like art shows and shopping markets, too. All kinds of music will be played like Gothic, EBM, Industrial, Ambient, Neofolk, Synth Pop and Goth-Metal.
