THE FRAY enters the second round. The four guys from Denver release their second self-titled album at the end of March. Alone in the US, the debut album sold over 3 Mio times. The highly melodic hit singles ‘Cable Car (Over My Head)’ and ‘How To Save A Life’ found their way into the charts and hearts of people all over the world and last but not least into the soundtrack of TV sensation ‘Grey’s Anatomy’. The explosive career start was eventually crowned off with 3 Grammy nominations. With ‘You Found Me’, the first single from the upcoming new album is going to be released on 20th February 2009. The single entered the Top 30 regions of the airplay charts in almost no time and was made the trailer song of the brand new season of cult TV series ‘Lost’.- Details

Austria. Our much loved neighbour state in the past years often was the victim of sarcasm:’ Football’, to name one specific thing. And now a band from Graz attempts to bring the friendship of these two countries to a new level as GUADALAJARA built up a remarkable fundament through constant touring with their ‘Brassrock’, reacting with sheer enthusiasm to the live performances of “Austria’s most dangerous wind ensemble”. And on 13th February 2009, the current album ‘Weapons of Mass Destruction’ will be released in Germany as well. Ska and Punk might have been the ground work back then, but in the meantime they’ve audibly evolved or in own words “It’s only musical socialisation”. Musical socialisation?
