The French Art-Electro-project Die Form have signed with the Berlin based label Out Of Line. The band plans a first single, "Her(t)z Frequenz", and a a tour festival in November. Diskonnekted has won a remix contest for Arno, the former frontman of the early new wave formation TC Matic. Diskonnekted's mix of "Hit The Night" was chosen among several other remixes. The city of Ostend (hometown of both Arno and Diskonnekted) recently organised a remix contest to promote an anti alcohol abuse campaign.Diskonnekted is the main project for Belgian artist Jan Dewulf who combines progressive electro tunes with a broad spectrum of alternative dance styles ranging from EBM and big beats to trance and tech-edged breaks. Add to that male vocals by the likes of Apoptygma Berzerk or yet Fluke which sharpen the edges of the songs. Diskonnekted's last release is the "Old School Policies" CD released on April 4, 2008.
