The song voting for the 14th November 2008 is still ongoing until 1st September, sadly not longer, but we have to draw a line at some point and start to rehears and that’s why we chose this date. It’s very interesting for us to analyze the voting, but at the end of the day, we all have the same taste. Seems the band is becoming a professional "replacement and last minute booking" act! (Since they were added in Waregem, Belgium). But seriously this will be a biggie. The band will also play in Leipzig the weekend after as replacement for IKON at Nocturnal Culture Night 3.

On 9th & 10th August, THE event of the scene took place with the M’era Luna. Already on Friday most of the 23,000 dark clothed attendees arrived on the festival grounds to build up their tents and put on their enormous wardrobe; at best festival weather, DELAIN opened the festival weekend on Saturday on the main stage. The medieval rockers RABENSCHREY, the cult band RED LORRY YELLOW LORRY and TANZWUT, who did their name justice, prepared the soil on which VNV NATION and FRONT 242 as headliners could vent their furies.

After a break of almost two years the time has finally come. The third alum release of EISBRECHER will see the light of day. On 22nd August 2008, ‘Sünde’ will hit the shops. A gloomy coloured roundelay of dark rocking ice pearls. Fragile-violent, hard but sincere.It was already due a long time ago to send out a big THANK YOU!; and such a birth has to be celebrated properly, that’s why we invite you to the big ‘Sünde’ release party at the KittyKat club on the Alabama grounds in Munich. The EISBRECHER crew is looking forward a big party with you after the signing session and has some surprises up their sleeves either. Furthermore Alex and Jürgen will present the new album live and unplugged.
