SUIDAKRA’s birthday hour lies in the year 1994. Back then, the bad served under the name “Gloryfication”. After two released demo recordings, the band’s name was already changed to SUIDAKRA. Musically, the band creates a mixture of Death/Black and traditional Metal with Folk influences. With their eighth album ‘Caledonia’ SUIDARKA reached the present apex of their popularity and played at the Wacken Open Air, a European Tour together with ENSIFERUM, as well as a own Headliner Tour in Russia and the Ukraine. This year, the band prepares for their first tour in the US in May.- Details

In March the New York Trasher will go on a long Headliner Tour under the banners of the W:O:A Roadshow. They will be accompanied by the Australians MORTAL SIN and the German newcomers DRONE. The new OVERKILL album ‘Immortalis’ is in stores since 5th October 2007 and is available in 3 different editions: As regular Jewel case CD, as Digipak with a Bonus Live-DVD from their last year’s Wacken performance and as limited and hand numbered Picture-Vinyl LP.- Details

With TROUBLE the old masters of Doom Metal returns on European stages. In the 80s, they were breathing the spirit of BLACK SABBATH and refined them to their very own style. With ‘Psalm 9’ and ‘The Skull’ they wrote classics, inspiring bands like PARADISE LOST, ANATHEMA or MY DYING BRIDE who count them to their most important influences. Their most recent album “Simple Mind Condition” is a grooving symbiosis of Doom and 70s Rock, which proves that TROUBLE still are a constant.- Details

The very successful started compilation series “W:O:A Full Metal Juke Box” this year gets its continuation with three new episodes, but with an additional Live Edition. The parts IV (Hard Rock to Power Metal), V (Thrash to Death Metal) and VI (Black and Gothic/Folk) will only contain Live Recordings from bands that appeared on the Wacken Open Air.ZYX - W:O:A 2007 DVD
ZYX is releasing a Double DVD of the Wacken Open Air 2007 in May. The two silver discs are filled with a detailed festival documentation and reports of every single festival day, interviews, backstage scenes and of course much music.

METAL CHURCH made great progress in recording their meanwhile 9th studio album and already finished 18 songs. The CD with the working title “The Present Wasteland” will be released via SPV on 6th June 2008.
