Triggerfingers new single ‘Flesh Tight’, sounds like a catwalk strut across Sunset Boulevard driven by pulsating guitars. Vocalist/guitarist Ruben Block about the song: “The basic ingredients for Flesh Tight were written pretty quickly. More or less one flow, connecting the driving guitar-strum and struttin' beat with the "flesh-tight-feelings" image. They stuck to each other. I preferred Flesh tight opposed to skin tight because it sounded more.. fleshy... There's something uplifting, yet private and personal in the words.”

It has been nearly 50 years since the first Brown Acid Caveat was issued to a million hippies in a field at the first Woodstock Festival. In these dark, more knowing times, The Tear Garden felt it was the perfect moment to mark their 30th Anniversary with a similar warning, especially as their 1987 debut album bore the declaration 'We Will Pour Our Jars in Reservoirs' on its back cover. In fact, say the duo, "we were joking. Despite the madness you may perceive all around you right now, those jars were stashed on the highest shelf of a kitchen cupboard and the key was tossed into the ocean. Our sole wish is to introduce beauty to the medieval landscape we appear to be trapped in right now. There will be no brown paint splashed around. Beauty survives, even underneath the ugliest, heaviest rock. Feel the Love. Don't touch the brown acid. EK & CK"

Billy Talent + special guests
“What are you afraid of? Snakes, spiders, planes? Maybe it’s your own mortality. One thing that is for certain though is that we all have our fears. But I guess the question is: Do your fears motivate you or do they stand in the way of your dreams?“ With these words, BILLY TALENT are starting the YouTube trailer for their new album, ‘Afraid Of Heights’, which will be released on July 29th. The whole text, which is worth it to be heard, is a manifesto showing the Canadians from a new side: adult, more mature, more determined, harder, more straightforward. The new record is the toughest of the band, which has sold more than a million albums in Germany alone. Four years have passed since the number one album ‘Dead Silence’ came onto the market. Four years, in which so much happened, in which BILLY TALENT had to ask very basic questions. Not least since drummer Aaron Solowoniuk could no longer actively take part in the album recordings due to his MS illness - replacement was found with ALEXISONFIRE’s drummer Jordan Hastings.
